Terms and conditions for purchases made from Ocean Silver

 1.  You may return your sterling silver jewelry within 30 days if you are not satisified with it.  It must be returned in its original condition and packaging for a full exchange or refund.  Shipping will only be credited if the error was on our part.  To return jewelry to Oceansilver.com please follow the instructions below.

 2.  For An Exchange, indicate on the packing slip (or a copy) what you wish to exchange the returned jewelry with.  We will credit your account for the amount of the returned jewelry and you will be charged for the replacement piece of silver jewelry.  Be sure to include the item number of the jewelry, jewelry item name, and price. It is very important that you  include your daytime telephone number.  In order for you to receive a refund or exchange, the jewelry must show absolutely no signs of damage, alteration or wear. 

3.  Place all the original packaging in the return box (jewelry must not be returned in an envelope of any kind),  with your sterling silver jewelry and a copy of the paperwork. 

4.  You can ship it via any carrier.  Please be certain to ship with a return receipt or tracking confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.   Please make sure to insure the return package of jewelry for the full value paid. Customers are responsibile for lost or damaged items in return shipment.

5.Once we have received your silver jewelry, it will be reviewed and processed within 15 business days of its receipt. Once the adjustment has been made, we will send you an email confirmation.

6.  If your purchase entitled you to a free gift that was based on the order total and your return or exchange drops the total of your order below the free gift amount, we ask that you return the free gift in original packaging.  If you would like to keep the free product, we would charge you the value of the gift.

7.  If your purchase entitled you to free shipping based on the order total and your returns drop the total of your order below the stated amount that allowed you to have free shipping, we will charge you for the shipping cost of the original order.

8.  On rare ocasion, a customer will place an order, we will process it and ship it and the package will come back marked " refused".  In that case we will charge a 25% restocking fee for the total of the merchandise that was refused.
